The Tree Decal came from Amazon.  The Leaf threading activity is from a subscription.

For the other leaves, we just printed out some blank images to color and cut, and some with color that were pre-cut for kiddos that just wanted to pick a leaf and put it directly on the tree without doing anything anything additional). Those were from google images.
