WLOS Upsee Story

Imagine your only view of the world is from lying flat on your back with your head turned to one side. That is the case for one local child. As News 13's Jay Siltzer shows us, her perspective — and life as a whole — has changed because of a new device. "When she was like two weeks old she had a bleeder of the brain." This is the position 2-year-old Rylee Johnson has spent most her life because of a resulting mitochondrial disorder coupled with cerebral palsy.

Now, the youngster gets a change on her perspective on the world.
