Here are the next steps:
1) You will be contacted by the Charlotte Clinic for your appointment time via phone.
2) Your child's screening will last 15 minutes and will involve both caregiver and child for the entirety. Therapist will capture a brief history relating to the current area of concern and complete play based observations. The last few minutes will be saved for discussion between parent and therapist regarding recommendations. Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure that your child is able to take advantage of the full time.
3) Upon arriving, check in at the front to complete necessary paperwork.
